Brenda Ketcham, Trainer/Owner. Brenda started The Final Touch back in 1992, but she’s been cleaning for over 30 years. Brenda is a hands on boss, and is frequently working right along side her employees. She is constantly learning and growing both personally and professionally to provide her clients with nothing but the best. Besides running The Final Touch, Brenda is actively involved in her community. She is an active Business Network International Member, a constant contributor to the Bellingham Boys and Girls Club and has a passion for The Argentine Tango. She is the mother of 3 and will soon have 4 grandchildren.
Kashara Ward, Owner. Kashara’s expertise in our industry and attention to detail has helped to set our company standards above and beyond our competition. Her innovation in training and business is a much valued asset. Kashara’s eye for order and her organizational skills help people take control of their surroundings, time, messes, closets, and most importantly, their lives! After nearly a decade of military service, Kashara had decided to is continue the family tradition and head up the Florida division for The Final Touch Cleaning Service.
Kiawna Ketcham, Inspector/Owner. Kiawna started working for The Final Touch as a young girl, she’s an expert in our industry and that is why she is responsible for inspecting new and on-going job sites. As Inspector she is responsible for making sure that jobs exceed standards. Many of The Final Touch’s Clients say that Kiawna does an amazing job at sparkling up their homes and offices, and they always look forward to her bubbly personality and gentle spirit. Kiawna takes great care in her work, and it shows. She feels blessed to work for the family business and to be able to help her mom build an amazing legacy.
Kameron Ketcham, Inspector/Trainer/Owner. Kameron started working for his mom when he was 10 years old. As he got older, clients would request that he be available to clean their homes and offices. Kameron’s attention to detail and quest for perfection made him one of the best cleaning specialist around. Kameron has taken everything he’s learned from his mother, his own expertise and combined forces with his wife Sloane to open The Final Touch Cleaning Service – Pierce and Thurston County Division. Under the guidance and direction of Brenda, Kameron & Sloane are on a mission to take The Final Touch to the next level.

Sloane Ketcham, Accounts Manager/Trainer/Owner. Sloane wasn’t born a cleaner like her husband, but she was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. And although not born a cleaning specialist she sure did learn fast. She has also worked for Brenda, and was therefore able to learn first hand what it meant to “Clean The Final Touch Way”. Sloane makes sure The Final Touch is running and operating at the highest speed and caliber possible. She is constantly keeping up to date on their industry to provide the best possible solutions to The Final Touch’s clients. She is now certified clean, and you wont be surprised to find her rolling up her sleeves and cleaning!
