The Final Touch is available to clean your home, office, or both on a weekly, bi-weekly, & monthly schedule. We offer standard cleaning services, for the basic thorough clean, optional cleaning services, for those days your home needs a little extra, and specialized services are available upon request.
It’s Easy to Get Started.
Residential Cleaning.
We will need some basic information on the type of service you desire and size of your home. We will give you an over-the phone estimate and discuss ways to customize your cleaning.
Commercial Offices & Construction Cleaning.
We will schedule an on-site estimate to give you the most detailed quote possible.
Move-Out Cleaning.
Our well-trained and experienced move-out cleaners are members of our staff who have proven that they can handle this type of cleaning efficiently and effectively.
Move-out cleanings are done on an hourly basis.
Cleaning is estimated using man-hours.
We often have teams of 2 or we may send 1 cleaning specialist, and occasionally we may add a third team member and adjust pricing based on total man-hours. For example, two cleaners for two hours is a total of 4 man-hours. Three cleaners for one hour and twenty minutes is also a total of 4 man-hours. The same total price and same amount of cleaning is accomplished.
On Your First Day of Cleaning.
Whether we are cleaning your home or commercial office space your initial cleaning is an hourly service which brings your home or office to our regular maintenance level. We work from a list of priorities so the things most important to you get done. You pay for the actual hours worked and are always in control of the price you pay. We advise booking ample amount of time to get your home or commercial space up to our standards. Don’t worry we will go into detail regarding our cleaning standards and how we can meet your expectations.
