Cleaning is estimated using man-hours.
We often have teams of 2 or we may send 1 cleaning specialist, and occasionally we may add a third team member and adjust pricing based on total man-hours. For example, two cleaners for two hours is a total of 4 man-hours. Three cleaners for one hour and twenty minutes is also a total of 4 man-hours. The same total price and same amount of cleaning is accomplished.
